Enrollment begins with a completed application emailed to windyhillfarmtime@gmail.com. If space is available, we will schedule a tour and request the $50 application fee. When classes are full, we maintain a limited two-student waitlist, with the application fee collected only if a space or waitlist position is offered.
The total tuition for Windy Hill Farmtime Preschool is $2,200 per student for the school year + a one time $100 supplies fee. Families may choose to pay in full at the start of the year and receive a 5% discount or pay 10 monthly installments of $225 starting Aug 1st. Tuition reminders are sent near the end of each month, with payments due by the 1st. A $20 late fee may be assessed for payments received after the due date. Accepted payment methods include cash, check (made payable to Windy Hill Farmtime Preschool), or Venmo (@Windy-Hill-Farmtime). Tuition is not adjusted for snow days, holidays, or student absences due to illness, and remains the same regardless of attendance. For payment questions, please contact Eric at 616-558-5284.
